Green Trees is a family run care home, and as such, we have the freedom to exercise considerable flexibility in how we achieve the care we provide.

We strongly believe in the benefit of being able to identify with your immediate carers. This is why we avoid rapid turnover of staff and the use of agency workers who are here today and gone tomorrow, and who do not know you or appreciate your needs.
